Deploy OVF Template Fails

I am trying to deploy an OVF Package. I am getting an error everytime I try to deploy it. I get a pop up that says "Operation Failed! An invalid argument "null" was specified." In the recent asks it says "a specified parameter was not correct" That is all it says. I am trying to deploy it on VCenter 6.5. ESXI 5.5

Try with the Flash client no the HTML5

That did not work either. Same error.

Can you confirm that the OVF vendor supports the vCenter/ESXi version that you are using?

In case this is publicly available OVF package, please provide details about it (e.g. vendor, product, URL, ...).

Interesting enough, I deployed it directly to the ESXI instead of through vCenter and it worked.
