chroot to vmdk

Hello,

I've tried to getting vmdk chroot from ESXI command line,

Is there anything to do like API or ...?

I dont think we have an API for that.

Interesting question.
I often do something similar but then I use chroot from a Linux VM not from ESXi itself.
As far as I know ESXi neither has losetup nor chroot ...
