I am unable to get access to one VM host either with vSphere client or with vCenter. The only change done on this host was the upgrade from ESXi 5.1 essential to ESXi 6.0 standard.
We're going to need more information. What version is your vCenter? Is the version of vCenter the same as the ESX host? Newer/older?
Can you access the DCUI (console) of the host? Can you ping the management IP? What error are your receiving when you try to connect?

I have noticed that vpxa cannot start.....
