App Volumes 4.7.0.64 high memory usage (ruby interpreter)
Running App Volumes 4.7.0.64 on a Windows Server 2019 instance. Over time the ruby interpreters overwhelm the memory on the server. We have only a single, very small, app volume package running on about 10-12 VMs with this particular instance. This is the second time it's happened in about two months. Restarting the service doesn't help. Ending the processes doesn't help. It only goes back to "normal" after I reboot the machine.
Dynamic Environment Manager also runs off this machine for the 10-12 VMs. See attached images.
Server 2019 1809 17763.3532, 4vcpu 8gb ram
Very low utilization of DEM and App Volumes so I'm surprised to see this issue.

Hi!
We have the same problem. The version of App Volumes Manager is the same 4.7.0.64.
Were you able to resolve the problem somehow?

If I'm not mistaken, I reserved all the memory on the machine and that helped the issue.
Within vCenter (or ESXI, whatever you use), shutdown the VM first, then click "edit", expand the "Memory" menu, under whatever you've allocated there should be a checkbox for "Reserve all guest memory" - mine is set at 8GB. I checked that and it hasn't been an issue since.
Good luck, if that doesn't work, try to upgrade App Volumes to a newer version.
