Has anyone had success in resolving the root cause of this?  I seem to have the same problem, running on VMware 6.7 U3, Appvol 2.17 with full writables, and Windows 10 End 1903.  App readiness logs show a lot of things happening over and over again, like theres a loop.  I've put a bandaid on this by using the script to stop the services after login, but we're now noticing that some things like the calculator stop working now.  I'm thinking its because the service is stopped.  Maybe I'm stopping it too early?  I'd like to have it just fixed without having to run the script.
