@mcwill: You might be right there. However, if the list is to be useable for others, it is better to specify which ones WILL work. Otherwise you would be buying a board which chipset is not on the unsupported list... And then you can only HOPE is was not left out by mistake... Having a list stating which chipsets DO work is much more secure for potential whitebox-buyers I think...
