>Setting the vShield Manager Date and Time
>You can set the date, time, and time zone of the vShield Manager. You can also specify a connection to an NTP
>server to establish a common network time. Date and time values are used in the system to stamp events as
>they occur.
>To set the date and time configuration of the vShield Manager
>1 Click Settings & Reports from the vShield Manager inventory panel.
>2 Click the Configuration tab.
>3 Click Date/Time.
>4 In the Date and Clock field, type the date and time in the format YYYY‐MM‐DD HH:MM:SS.
>5 In the NTP Server field, type the IP address of your NTP server.
>6 From the Time Zone drop‐down menu, select the appropriate time zone.
>7 Click Save.
This is the best I could find, which I assume you've seen too.

The vShields are automatically configured to get their time from the vShield Manager, that is the recommended configuration. All a user has to do is configure the vShield Manager with the correct time, time zone and NTP server. At this time it is not possible to change the time zone on a vShield.
Could you share use case information on this?
