vCenter with multiple licenses vSphere Essentials
You can have a VirtualCenter Server with multiple licenses vSphere Essentials?
This way there I have to install multiple VCenter Servers.

vcenter foundation and standard can only manage vpshere4 standard to enterprise plus. for vcenter essential, you can only manage essential of maximum 3 hosts (6 CPU total) only - which is the bundle only ..

Yes, you can use multiple licenses incase if you are planning for more than one vCenter server. You can combine or divide licences based on your requirement.

As you say, in a VCenter Essentials I can only have a one license Essencials the same time?

you can combine more than one Essential license keys for singel vCenter 4.x server. Please follow this Procedure for combining licenses online.
However, you can combine only licenses for same product.

Essentials packages cannot be combined with other licenses. They are sold "as is".

If you have licensed VMware vSphere Essentials or VMware vSphere Essentials Plus, the following additional license terms apply:
VMware licenses VMware vSphere Essentials or VMware vSphere Essentials Plus editions (collectively "Editions") to you solely for managing up to three (3) server hosts and your use of these Editions is limited to servers with up to two processors. For these Editions, the server hosts must be managed by the VMware vCenter Server that is provided with these Editions, and that same VMware vCenter Server cannot be used to manage other server hosts not included with these Editions.

Video KB Article 1010689 has topic about Essential licenses and we can combine 2 Essential licenses.
