[ESXI] [VM] [Ubuntu]Ctrl-button issue on the ESXi-machines
Ctrl-button behaves abnormally on ubuntu Operating System hosted on a VM in Vmware ESXi machine.
Ctrl key usage blocked causes too much of hindrance for development on ESXi.
Any recommendations as to how to resolve this?

Hi,
check if there's no conflicts between shortcuts keys set in the software/driver/key-mapper installed on a workstation You are using to connect to remote console of Ubuntu VM.

Hi, this problem is caused by the shortcut settings in different apps. -- same troubles exp'd in QEMU, virtsh, VirtualBox, Workstation
... Since yesterday I'm strongly suspecting the web-browser with a fox and its linux-only settings == "Allow sites to change yours shortcut keys settings"
To save you all a great amount of time trying to change shortcut keys settings & to create issue with different key/app (even in terminal;)
-- issue doesn't show up when switching to the "FullScreen mode"
-- also found out that the Remmina client works well for me when "Machine"
