Unable to add the virtual machine to the inventory
I got a vm that I am unableto add back into vcenter
The vm intially got grayed out. Then I went into the datastore and saw a lcl file still there. Also there was vswp and could not view the vmx file.
I tracked down the host the vm still had a process running on. then i killed it.
then I remove that vm and tried to re-register it but keep getting this error
The speciied key, name or identifier already exists
but I cannot find that vm in the inventory
any idea?
