cant connect to my datastore after vmware non critical update patch applied

I applied the patch for the non-critical host patches and after the esxi host rebooted the vms cant be powered on. I cant access the datastore attached the VMs.

Is this to do with Skyline, or not?

You need to provide more inforamtion.

  1. Which vCenter Server, and ESXi version/build is in use?
  2. Which ESXI build was in place, and which patches did you install?
  3. What kind of storage is it that you cannot access anymore (local, shared, iSCSI, NAS, FC)?
  4. Which controller - that has the inaccessible storage attached - is in use (vendor/model/firmware)?
