Which TLS versions ESX6.0.0 support?

Support for ESXi 6.0 completely ended on 12th of March 2022 (see https://lifecycle.vmware.com). So should security be a priority or concern, you would be better of with upgrading to a newer, supported ESXi release as the TLS version won't help much here.

For ESXi 6.0 U3 ,TLS protocol versions 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 are enabled by default and disablement of TLSv1.2 is not supported.
NOTE: The End of General Support for vSphere 6.0 is March 12, 2020 and vSphere 6.5/6.7 will be Oct 15 ,2022. So you should be planning for vSphere 7.0 ASAP.
