Failed to power on virtual machine. Unable to enumerate all disks after uploading file.
Hi Guys,
Urgent need some help,
After uploading vm files to esxi 7 and power on the VM then the error appeared:
unable to enumerate all disks
Appreciate any assistance on this

Obvious questions, how did you "upload" and where did the VM come from?

Run
vmkfstools -i obscure-uploaded.vmdk esxi-compatible.vmdk -d thin
and try again.
If the command fails - provide the error message.
Or run
hexdump -C obscure-uploaded.vmdk | less
and show use the first screen of the hexdump output.

How Did you upload VM files to ESXi? Did you upload all the disks and attached to a new VM? Not clear when you mentioned after uploading files.
