vCenter blocked on login page
Hello everyone,
I can't connect to my vCenter server anymore, when I enter my login, I get blocked on the connection page, without any error message. I have tried to wait but nothing happens. Would you please have a solution? (You will see the page in question in the attachment)
However, when I want to access my vCenter Vami (:5480), it works correctly.
vCenter 6.7 install on a ESXI 6.7
Thanks in advance for your help

What is blocked here? I can't understand from the screenshots.
Can you try with a different browser?

What is the error? Unable to login or error Unable to authenticate user?
Have you recently restarted the VCSA? Are your certificates Ok?

Some options:
1. try an icognito/private browsing tab - if this works clear you local cache
2. If you are using chrome check if there is anything being blocked (ctrl+shift+i for dev tools)

Have you considered updating your VCSA above 6.7 Update 3a (6.7.0.41000)? You are currently running a build from October 2019. There are many updates all the way to 6.7 Update 3q (6.7.0.52000). https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2143838

Are all services running on the appliance? When is the last time the appliance was rebooted?
Use the following command to check running services: service-control --list
