PSOD - ESXI was runing and stopped "CPU mismatch on feature"

Hello

I have on my homelab a supermicro motherboard. Worked perfectly. Update to the latest 7.0.3.
Working.
Today while mooving a file. PSOD.
CPU mismatch with a SINGLE cpu.

I don't understand

From what I've read, Supermicro released BIOS updates for some systems which experience this issue.

Already at the last one

I have used:

icpuUniformityHardCheckPanic=FALSE 

It works but now I'm stuck to VMKUSB successfully loaded and then ESXI is stuck (I'm not able to reset the CM)
I think the hardware is dead or dying (4 year old)

PSOD

The mobo or CPU is dead ?
