ESXi 6.7 poor performance

Dear all,

I'm experiencing some strange performance issues on my DELL Poweredge R240 running ESXi 6.7 U2, and I've been struggling for months not being able to find any solution.

I'm running 4 VM: 3 Debian 10 and one is an OPNSense.

I don't want to go in deeper explanation before showing you what is disturbing me. Actually, I get bunch of following error messages:

esxi.reunion.net vmkernel: cpu2:2097695)ScsiDeviceIO: 3435: Cmd(0x459a40be47c0) 0x1a, CmdSN 0x240c2 from world 0 to dev "naa.6f402700b581c90024f5946119eec8bb" failed H:0x0 D:0x2 P:0x0 Valid sense data: 0x5 0x24 0x0.

Using the great Virten.net code analyser, I get the enclosed result.

My problem is, I understand... nothing, except could be linked to a device or plugin?

Do you guys have any idea what this could be related to?

My system is build with 2 SATA disks, driven by PERC H330 controller :
PERC H330 Adapter RAID Controller in Slot 2 version 25.5.5.0005 / 0 Mo cache

Any advice would be very helpful and appreciated!
