Installation of SCSI Device
I recently did a reset of system configuration of my Vsphere ESXi 5.0 host so i can set my root password. (forgot the password)
I created my password, and was able to add my virtual machines back easily.
All but one started back up. It's my file server which is connected to a SAN through a SCSI device.
I made the PCI device 'passthrough' so i could re-add them to the file server I have. Now it can't reconnect to the device. This is what Error i get:
Module DevicePowerOn power on failed.
Unable to open the SCSI device '/vmfs/devices/genscsi/mpx.vmhba2:C0:T6:L0' (scsi0:1): Could not find the file.
Can anyone please direct me in how to solve this issue?
Thanks!
