VMXNET 3 settings

I created a Windows Server 2008 R2 based VM with a VMXNET 3 virtual network interface.

If I look at the network interface properties from Windows, I see I can set a lot of parameters: are they documented anywhere?

I noticed that if I change them my network performance change, but I need to change them in the right way...
