This is the recommendation from VMware to workaround this issue. But it would be better i f you upgrade to U2.
"
To work around this issue if you are unable to upgrade, identify virtual machines using the E1000 family of virtual network interfaces and perform one of these options:
- Use the VMXNET3 virtual adapter and reduce the usage of the E1000 series adapter as much as possible. For more information on adding or modifying a virtual machine's virtual network interfaces, see the Configuring and Managing Virtual Machines - Network Virtual Machine Configuration section of the Virtual Machine Administration Guide for the appropriate version of ESXi.
Or - In virtual machines using the e1000e adapter, disable RSS or configure the RSS multiple rx queue to 1 in the guest operating system. For more information, see Poor network performance or high network latency on Windows virtual machines (2008925).
