So, i tried 5.5U2, 5.5U3, 6.0 - seem's like all of them does not support i350t2! Now i downgraded to 5.5 and now:

here they are! Detected without any driver manipulations! Of course this is not a solution, but it's better than nothing. My thank to MKguy for help. If i will need 5.5U2+ i'll try to update my network card firmware - this is last hope.
