Re: VDP 5.8 -> 6.1 migration error

Hello.

I'm trying to do a migration from version 5.8 to 6.1, as explained, for example, in KB 2127665.

I got an error during verifying credentials for source (old, 5.8) VDP (while configuring new 6.1 appliance) :

"Source VDP and current VDP should be registered to same vCenter"

I'm only have one vCenter, what could be wrong here ?

Thanks for help Dee006. The problem was, that you can't use ip address for vcenter in settings. You must use only FQDN.
