I see from the log that you’re using ESXi, so I’ll report your thread asking moderators to move it to the area for vSphere.

You don’t give any clues as to what the VM is, when it last worked, what might have changed, where the files are stored…

If you add those kind of details rather than literally just a log file you’re more likely to get help.
