NUMA information in esxtop's CPU view
Hi,
recently I noticed that in vSphere 7U2 a new NUMA counter appeared in an upper part of esxtop's CPU display. Moreover, the old NUMA counters disappeared from Memory display.
Could you explain to my how to intepret this new NUMA counter values in CPU view?
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Radek

The new field in the CPU header are just the NUMA node averages, i.e. PCPU Usage / Utilization & Core Utilization for all PCPUs in a NUMA node. This was introduced in U1. I don't remember the removal of memory counters, can you post a screenshot of the before / after? Note: The per NUMA node average in the CPU view will still display for one "NUMA" node when NUMA is disabled, the memory counters don't show if the host is UMA.
