I think we do not understand what you are trying to ask here.

So you can login to the ESXi Host Client, but not into the vSphere Web Client (vCenter Server Flash Client) like in the screenshot you attached? 

I'll try to explain this to you:

• You can login to the vCenter Server HTML5 client with the URL: https://fqdn/ui
• You can login to the vCenter Server Flash Client (Old Web Client) with the url: https://fqdn/vsphere-client/ 
• You can login to the ESXi Host Client with the FQDN/IP address from the ESXi host: https://fqdn
