As far as I remember, this question is part of the VCAP6.5-DCV Design exam. And because he has a screenshot of it, I'd assume it's from an exam dump...

I think I know the question and also the correct answer, but it's forbidden to speak about exam content (according to the exam's non-disclosure agreement).
