HCX not connecting to cloud SDDC
I am getting the below error when trying to connect to cloud SDDC. Running 6.7 on prem and 7.0 in cloud. It was working until recently. I have HCX version 4.6. I am able to ping cloud from on prem. No firewall issues. Has anybody seen this before?
Communication to HCX service is broken for more than grace time.

Does this mean that site pairing has not been established yet?

Its been paired. It was working until a couple of weeks ago.

This means that the HCX Manager where you are seeing the error message is unable to communicate with HCX cloud services. Check proxy and internet connectivity from the manager.
If that doesn't resolve it, then raise an SR.
