For me, yes mainly on on-demand course.

The sound in some lessons does not sync with the video, and it seems they disabled the ability to go forward and backward ": \

Also, we lost the ability to speedup the videos.

it seems they started fixing the issue (now you can control the videos in some courses).

But in case they did not fix the rest, you could use this extension (Video Speed Controller)

Not being able to jump back and forth is quite a downer, especially since my Enterprise Learning Subscription is really not cheap.

In addition, the portal in Chrome does not work cleanly for me. It was pain in the ass to activate the ELS.
