Vmware Workstation Pro 15.5 port forwarding not working

Hi All,

Please see my configuration below. I have started both the services in the guest and when accessing the service using host ip and port, it is simply not forwarded to the guest. What is wrong?

The forwarding configuration looks fine.

Can you confirm that the host system allows (doesn't block) these ports on its firewall, and that the ports are not in use by the host itself?
