My requirement was the same. I needed to pay for an exam urgently.

In the end I used Safari (I'm sure other browsers will work). I attempted to log into myLearn which forwarded me to the partner site. Here I logged in using my personal email address and navigated to the University or Education section (not 100% sure on the title). Here the page appears to fail to load but it's loading.  Give it 30-60 seconds and you will have a similar portal to myLearn.
