From what I can see DS3DB0 guest info timed out so there may be resource contention in the environment.  You might try setting MiscInfoTimeOut = 600 to allow additional time.  

For ElasticWebB0, this one is having a different issue.  I don't see any of the configuration files so you may want to review things locally on the VM.  You could also do a run DebugLevel=1' in your properties file as this often provides more information.
