Hi All,

I have a customer who is using an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019). I will attach the full specs. 

VMware Horizon Client 8.9.0

Issue:

1) Video on Zoom and Teams application is blurry

2) Bluetooth keyboard and mouse keeps disconnecting

These both issues don't happen locally on users iMac but happen on virtual desktop. Any suggestions will be helpful.
