The issue is fixed.

There was a space between DNS servers which was creating problem.

Incorrect:-

ProvisioningDnsServerList = xxx.xx.xx.11, xxx.xx.xxx.50

Correct:-

ProvisioningDnsServerList = xxx.xx.xx.11,xxx.xx.xxx.50
