I read the licensing edition comparison, It shows Raid5/6 (code erasure) only available in advance and enterprise license. I know this may sound stupid, but, does that mean standard edition only support raid 1? If I have 5 hosts, I buy vsan standard, raid 1 is my only choice? Thank you for your help.

Yes. For Raid 5 (erasure coding) you need at least the advanced edition and also an all-flash configuration (only ssd).

RAID5/6 in the advance edition I can understand, but is it for SSD (All Flash) only?

Yes. An all-flash configuration is a requirement.
See: Using RAID 5 or RAID 6 Erasure Coding
You can configure RAID 5 on all-flash clusters with four or more fault domains. You can configure RAID 5 or RAID 6 on all-flash clusters with six or more fault domains.
