vSAN shutdown cluster Powercli function

Hello,

in Vcenter 7.0, vSAN Cluster have an option to shutdown whole cluster automatically. Cluster -> Configure -> Vsan -> Services -> Shutdown cluster

Is there a Powercli function, or API code to use ?

I need to automate this procedure for maintenance or other upgrade

I am not sure if the API is public, have asked internally, but somehow I doubt it is as I have not seen anyone talking about it.

+1 to this - we actually have a support case open with VMware because we can't find what permissions are required to use the 'shutdown vsan' and 'restart / startup vsan' cluster other than top level / administrator@vsphere.local privs.

We need to scope a role for tenants within our shared vcenter to do this - but it doesn't seem to be documented anywhere.  lmk if you have any insight!
