I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I was working on the challenges in the VMware Rewards program. However, I hit one challenge that shows a "permission denied" when I try to launch it. I was the one about managing storage.

Me too... Unable to login VMware Rewards

Error Message:
You do not have permission to perform this action
Your account is not active, please contact your administrator. Contact Admin

And when I click the [Contact Admin] link, it show me another error:
