VMWARe tools for windows standard embedded service pack 3

HI All

I have a iso created with windows standard embedded sp3 I created vm and powered on but the vmware tools on installing is showing ERR_UNSUPPORTED_OS_32 . It is using VM ware tools 10.0.12. Please help where I can find the right version and download link.
