I need help reactivating my account...I deactivate it by mistake
Hopefully, someone from support can see my message. I have an account that I deactivated in Customer Connect Login. I tried the RESET MY PASSWORD option and that says "your account is deactivated contact Support" when I called Support, the message says to click on RESET MY PASSWORD. I tried calling the support phone number but I keep getting kicked out, dropped calls, and I am not able to get support on the phone. I was invited by another user with an email but I did not get my account updated with the account information so to troubleshoot I decided to deactivate my account thinking that I would be able to activate it again. Please help!!!
I am not able to access Customer Connect to open support tickets.

VMTN is a user community, if you need to contact the support team you need to go through the proper channels: https://www.vmware.com/support/contacts.html

Hi Scott28tt, I have tried the proper channels and is not working. I cannot get anyone on the phone and my account is deactivated so I cannot submit any tickets. I got the account when I took my Administrator training but now I need it for my job to open tickets and I am not able to get support at all.

There are no routes to the Support team through VMTN, the area of VMTN where you posted this thread is to get help with VMTN itself.

I was able to get in. Someone from our contact reached out to licensing and they fixed the issue. I wished there was a way to reach support without going through hoops but it is what it is I guess.
