Lag After RAM

Uhm can someone help me, I have a windows 10 21H1, Core I3 Intel hd Graphics 6000 Or something, I have vm's normally in 2GB RAM, But one day, I put it to 2GB RAM and vmware froze my pc and it went crazy, I had no choice but up unplug and plug my pc again, after that it was all fine but it still keeps happening, can someone help?

Are you using Workstation Player or Workstation Pro?

What is the version number?

What guest OSes are you trying to run in your VMs?

How much RAM do you physically have?
