In order for us to start the investigation of the issue that you hit, we are going to need a support request to be filed. Please do the following:
1. Open a Support Request with GSS at VMware - How to File a Support Request Online
2. Describe their symptoms in the SR.
3. Include a link to the communities thread in the SR.
