Host Vmware Esxi 7 tiba-tiba mati beserta servernya

Say memiliki 1 host dan terdiri dari 6 vm didalamnya, tiba-tiba host dan vm saya tidak bisa diakses, tetapi ip host masih bisa di ping tetapi semua server VM mati, dan saya juga tidak bisa masuk ke dalam ssh hostnya. apakah ada yang bisa bantu saya terkait ini

If hosts and all VMs are not accessible or almost dead, you may go for a reboot.

saya sudah melakukan boot ulang namun itu tidak kembali. untuk IP host bisa dilakukan ping tetapi tidak bisa dilakukan ssh maupun akses Vware dari web client

In that case take the console and see any error message is showing there or it's rebooted fully and you are able to see DCUI screen.
