Has anyone experienced a SQL connection timeout error while running the UEM DB installer?
I'm upgrading from 1902 to 2005. The upgrade worked fine on my QA environment but is giving me this problem on Prod. Pre-reqs installed fine. On the DB Installer screen where it asks for DB connection details it always fails with this error: "Error 27502. Could not connect to Microsoft SQL Server <instance name>. Login timeout expired (0)". But I can connect fine to the DB using SQL Management Studio with the exact same settings and credentials.
Any ideas?
