Is airwatch compatible to work in china to manage android phone with no google services out of the box with seamless corporate device enrollment and work profile (byod) setup?

anyone has any video or screenshot of out of box seamless corporate no google services android device? 

Is it also compatible to push public and private mobile apps and has data protection such that corporate data from managed apps cannot copy to unmanaged apps?

I think Android is a little bit limited without the ability to use google services. You can enroll in closed network, but that will not be able to use for public applications. Here is a great blog article about android and closed network
