Hi AlmostIT thanks for reply, and sorry for coming back to you this late
WS1 check in endpoint management autopilot list and then in azure for user account, but what is interesting is that, it was working just fine until the 7th of Dec which was a patch update from WS1, and then the problem started and is persistent since then.
it passes Device preparation, Device setup, and then stuck at account setup,

Not sure if its related but i also had issues enrolling android devices using WS1 i had to change the download location to the playstore.
Which resolved the issue. Not response from Airwatch support since Friday.
there is no problem enrolling MacOS or android, it works just fine but issue is only with windows devices, and we use intelligent Hub for applications
