while enrolling the Android (10.0) and Win10 Desktop throwing message No application found

Hello,

I am trying to enroll the windows 10 and Android devices but its throwing No application found message in Intelligence hub app after providing Server url and Group ID in Intelligence Hub  app. (No getting username and password prompt after Server url and group ID.)

1. where to check the log file for both in Android (10)and Windows 10.
2.Any setting for enrollment need to be changed,

Please suggest and Guide.
