Hello All,
I am new to Airwatch and just known that it is ncessary to upload Apple Business Management portal server token to Airwatch so that the devices will be synced automatically between 2 system. However, when i found this settings, both side shows expired and it is failed to upload new token as shown below pictures. I am seeking anyone could help on this issue. Thank you.
Some points i can think of
1. the token is expired when i found this settings , it is 7-Jan-2023 , does it matter if expired ? I am trying to renew
"xxx-> Device Enrollment Program --> [my site] --> Renew
2. if the answer of 1 is no , does it mean i have to setup this part again ? it means all the devices might need to enroll again ?
Already tried
1. used different browsers , even incognito mode
2. download and upload so many times from Apple to Airwatch but not work , for few days already ( thought might be server error)
