Currently I am setting up my Admin Roles and we have the Tunnel VPN configured on our system. Whenever I go into Books and Apps, to an application, select devices and select one of the devices for from the list in the application, with my full admin role. I have appear above the options of Query, Send, Install Remove and SYNC TUNNEL CONFIGURATION.
I am currenlty setting up a Role for or Helpdesk and currently they can only see Query and Send from above. I am unable to find anything in the Role settings that will allow them to see the "SYNC TUNNEL CONFIGURATION"
Can any tell me what option in the role setting allows this function to appear?
