We ordered Workspace One (SaaS) 3 weeks ago. We've already got the bill, but no Access to Workspace ONE. I even can not open a ticket, because I am not allowed to (got myvmware and Workspace one account with our Workspace one evaluation).
Error: 401 You currently do not have permission to create tickets.

That is weird , Most likely they already have your environment setup and credentials for login.  You need to contact your VMware Rep.   What state are you located in ?

Your VMWare Site Admin likely still has to give your myvmware account access to open ticket for Workspace One. I had to do the same.
