how do I do a manual sync newly created user account to airwatch?
group > all settings > system > enterprise integration > directory services > user > advanced
i only see the option to sync user attribute

Is the directory group already added into Airwatch?
If so, Accounts > User Groups > List View, tick/select the group, then click, More Actions > Add Missing Users

The options you're mentioning are for configuring the directory sync itself, which you obviously have to have in place prior to syncing groups & users from your directory of choice
