[im stuck] add vCenter to Configurator-va

Hi,

im trying today to deploy Horizon Workspace. Right now im stuck on Enter vCenter Server in Configurator.

Im 100% sure that login and pass to vcenter are correct (beacuse im on).

Even increased the timeouts in vCenter ( VMware KB: Increasing vCenter Server timeout settings  )

Is root what you login to your vCenter with?  Do you have any other user accounts you could try?  Would it be possible to create a new user in AD and then assign it privileges in the web-client or csharp client (in vCenter) and test from that account?  Also you could try username: root@FQDN  for example root@yourdomain.com

When im loggin to vCenter Webclient i see root@localos, but i tried this and everything with root@....

Im wondering that this is my AD domain or not. If its i dont see Administrator of Domain in the list.

1) AD is enabled to vCenter Appliance but i cannot loggin to webclient by AD admin account.

2)  I added DNS records to vCenter (10.0.0.30) also

By the way. Can i talk with support about my issue? I paid for the year.
