iOS devices location

Hi,

I can't get the location of my ios corporate dedicated devices:

Location services are active

Find My iPhone Enabled

If I launch Find My iPhone from the device, it works but I still can't see the last location into console.

In the device location tab I see this message:

Device has not reported any location data to AirWatch.

This in my understanding was changed several years ago via an IOS update.  Even with a supervised device these are "consumer" devices .  The user constantly click allow this app to track me in the device itself when it pops up to have a chance of that info getting back to the console.  Sometimes users ignore that and then you don't get location.  I have opened tickets up on this as well, in the past it worked differently.  

That has been my experience.

So even with a corporated managed - supervised device I'm unable to get the current position.
